25th Puerto Rico Neuroscience Conference

The Institute co-sponsored a ceremony held on December 2, 2016 to commemorate the 25th Puerto Rico Neuroscience Conference and to recognize its founders - Dr. Richard Orkand (Institute of Neurobiology), and Drs.
