Institute Student Conducts Research in China

Institute graduate student Solymar Rolón Martínez spent five weeks at the National Institute of Parasitic Diseases (NIPD), Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Shanghai, PRC. Her work forms part of a collaboration with Dr. Mohamed Habib (lower left), Theodor Bilharz Research Institute (TBRI), Cairo, Egypt, and Professor Xiao-Nong Zhou, Director, NIPD. Solymar was supported by the Neural Mechanisms of Reward and Decision program, National Science Foundation (NSF) Partnerships in International Research and Education (PIRE).
