December 7, 2024. The COBRE Center for Neuroplasticity co-sponsored the 32nd Annual Puerto Rico Neuroscience Conference. The program included four seminars by visiting investigators, three poster sessions, and a NeuroBlitz by former UPR students. The COBRE Program sponsored the travel of Dr. Jennifer Morgan, Senior Scientist and Director, Eugene Bell Center for Regenerative Biology and Tissue Engineering, Marine Biological Laboratory, Woods Hole, MA. Dr. Mark Miller, COBRE Administrative Core Director, presented a gift to Dr. Morgan following her seminar Mechanisms of Synaptic Dysfunction in Parkinson’s Disease and Other Synucleinopathies..
